Shipping Info
In USA, we ship all the orders in the same day from Chicago by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Normally it takes 1-4 days to the US address. No Tax

Shipping and handling charges for 'Second Day Air' is $29.95. Shipping and handling charges for 'Next Day Air' starts $36. All orders typically ship in the same business day, and the normal delivery time will be 1-4 business days for the USA address, 3-6 business days for most European countries, 4-10 business days for other countries. Due to variation of postal service in different areas, some areas may take a little longer. Shipment confirmations are sent via e-mail. If an item is out of stock we will notify you via e-mail with the approximate ship date. You will have the option to cancel if the date is unacceptable.

Wrong Address Problems:

Warranty Aten kvm products have one year limited warranty. All continuous ink systems have 2 months warranty, Due to the nature of the CIS and the refillable cartridges, we will charge 15% of restocking fee for all returns. 90 days warranty for all our flashcard products; Some of the other products come with a limited manufacturer warranty. Please contact us to inquiry the warranty poclicy for specific products. EchoStore.com will not be responsible for any damages after the customers use the products.
Out Of Stock Items Sometimes products may sell out before each order is fully processed. If this occurs on your order, you will be notified by email.
Refund and Exchange Policy Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product in its original packaging and condition for a refund,a 15% restock fee will be applied. All defective products will be replaced at our discretion. Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances. Either refund or exchange, you must ship back your item(s) to Echostore.com by your cost at first. All returns must have a RMA#((Return Merchandise Authorization)) from us, or we will refuse to accept the return.
